The Poltergeist Rooms

We'll Be Late! (painting by Leonora Carrington) Spectral themes are all about me at present, very much in keeping with the books that I am reading and this curious state of mind. I'm finding myself straying away from colour somewhat, drifting backwards through time...

I love the idea of continuing The Poltergeist Rooms as a series in itself.

'Moth Mask' is a continuation of an earlier digital collage.

This book in particular has to be one of my favourites of all time:

Fantastic imagery, reminiscent of 19th/early 20th century supernatural spirit photography, which I love! Also as a devotee to supernatural horror films I really appreciate the mix of phantom apparitions with beautiful real (or doll-like) beings :)

I very much like this series, particularly The Medium, it's eerie! Hope the winter weather lets up for you. Here the snow has been replaced with rain, which isn't so nice so I'm hoping it will start again once all the black city slush is gone.

Della, the slush is at least preferable to impacted ice! If only it lasted longer.

Thanks for the kind comments, folks! x
